A: The theme is "Humanity". We are looking for images that capture unexpected kindness, quiet courage, and collective hope in our shared human experience.

A: The contest is open to photographers of all nationalities and skill levels, both amateur and professional. You must be 18 years of age or older.

A: Entering is easy! Just go to our Submission Page, fill in your details, upload your photograph, and complete the secure payment of the entry fee.

A: You can submit one photograph per entry fee. You can enter as many times as you like, each with a separate fee and submission.

A: Image format: JPG. Max file size: 5MB. We recommend naming your file: YourName_PhotoTitle.jpg.

A: The entry fee helps us fund the significant cash prizes, cover the operational costs of running a global contest, and maintain a high-quality, fair judging process. It also helps us keep the award independent.

A: Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through [Stripe/PayPal], a globally recognized and encrypted payment platform. We do not store your credit card details.

A: Entry fees are non-refundable. Please ensure you are happy with your submission before completing the payment.

A: You do. You retain full copyright of your image. By entering the contest, you grant New Vision Photo Award a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your photograph solely for the purposes of promoting the contest and exhibiting the winning entries (with full credit to you, the photographer).

A: Winning images will be featured in our online winners' gallery, promoted on our social media channels, and potentially included in a digital feature or press release—always with credit to the photographer.

A: Images will be judged based on their originality, creativity, technical quality, and, most importantly, their emotional impact and adherence to the theme "Humanity."

A: The judging panel is composed of photography professionals and members of the New Vision team.

A: Winners will be contacted via email and announced on our website and social media channels within 60 days after the submission deadline (September 30, 2025).
